Ingredients

  • 6 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 4 oz fresh pearl mozzarella drained
  • 4 oz salami diced
  • 1/2 cup olives sliced (green & kalamata olives)
  • 1/3 cup onions minced (white or red)
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncinis thinly sliced

Italian Vinaigrette

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

Prepare the salad:

  • Combine all the salad ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Prepare the Dressing:

  • In another large bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients until thoroughly combined.
  • Mix and serve. Drizzle some of the dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat. Add more dressing as desired, then serve and savor the flavors.
