Ingredients

  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup parmesan reggiano grated or shredded

Instructions

  • In a medium skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, until fragrant and lightly golden.
  • Add the panko breadcrumbs to the skillet with the garlic and butter stirring frequently until lightly golden.
  • Then, add the Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and well combined.
  • Remove the skillet from heat and let the breadcrumbs cool completely. Store in an airtight container until ready to use as a topping for your favorite dishes.
