- 1 head of iceberg lettuce cored and outer leaves removed
- 1 piece of parchment paper 14″ x 14″
- 2 slices turkey
- 2 slices bacon
- 1 tbsp feta cheese crumbled
- 1/2 tbsp kalamata olives diced
Balsamic Mayo
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- Lay large square of parchment down on your work surface.
- Place 5-8 large lettuce leaves in the center of parchment paper, creating a base about 9" by 10". If any pieces break, layer smaller ones together to cover the area.
