Crispy buffalo chickpeas

  • Baking Sheet
  • Strainer


  • 1 can 1 can garbonzo beans drained, rinsed & patted dry
  • 1 tbsp Chula hot sauce or your favorite hot sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin


  • Drizzle olive oil over the drained, rinsed & patted dry garbanzo beans
  • Season the beans with garlic powder, cayenne pepper and salt & pepper
  • Next coat them with the hot sauce
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Be sure to flip the chickpeas halfway through cooking
