Ingredients
- 6 cups romaine lettuce chopped
- 4 oz fresh pearl mozzarella drained
- 4 oz salami diced
- 1/2 cup olives sliced (green & kalamata olives)
- 1/3 cup onions minced (white or red)
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 1/2 cup pepperoncinis thinly sliced
Italian Vinaigrette
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 tbsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper freshly ground
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
Prepare the salad:
