Cauliflower Fried Rice

The cauliflower fried rice is my go to healthy dish when I am feeling super lazy. Its packed with veggies and is so quick and easy to make. All you need is to buy frozen cauliflower rice, scramble some eggs and chop up a few veggies and mixed with homemade asian sauce. Then top it with sesame seeds for an added nutty crunch and hot chili oil. Hot chili is literally my favorite new obsession I can’t believe I had never had it before until recently. The flavor that is packed into the oil is remarkable and it gives your dish a subtle spicy heat.

Asian Chicken Burgers topped with a Creamy Broccoli Slaw

The Asian Chicken Burgers is my brother-in-law’s favorite dish I make and always requests it! It’s crafted with the classic asian flavors such as ginger, garlic, sesame and soy sauce. The fresh shredded carrots and green onions give it some extra flavor and color to the patty. It’s a tender and moist burger packed with flavor but the icing on the cake is the broccoli slaw. Topping your chicken burger with this crunchy sweet slaw brings all the flavors together in one big bite!

Avocado & Egg Veggie Rice Bowl

Simple and healthy rice bowls that are great for meal prepping. Keep extra rice and veggies on hand in the fridge for a quick rice bowl and top it with a hard-boiled, scrambled or over easy egg for the added nutrition and protein.
