Asparagus Pea Spring Pasta Salad

Super light and fresh pasta salad tossed in vinegar & olive oil dressing with a little fresh lemon, garlic and red pepper flakes. I decided to use chickpea pasta noodles for added nutrition and protein you wouldn’t even notice the different from a regular pasta.

Easy Sourdough Croutons

Super easy to make sourdough croutons they are crunchy and just a little chewy. I love a good crouton that you can actually eat with a fork. These sourdough croutons are that perfect balance between chewy & crunchy that you can stab with your fork. It’s great to make a big batch and save these for salads & soups.

Cauliflower Fried Rice

The cauliflower fried rice is my go to healthy dish when I am feeling super lazy. Its packed with veggies and is so quick and easy to make. All you need is to buy frozen cauliflower rice, scramble some eggs and chop up a few veggies and mixed with homemade asian sauce. Then top it with sesame seeds for an added nutty crunch and hot chili oil. Hot chili is literally my favorite new obsession I can’t believe I had never had it before until recently. The flavor that is packed into the oil is remarkable and it gives your dish a subtle spicy heat.
